MyStay - Porto Centro interior double room

Positive: Ubicación, limpieza Negative: La habitación era muy pequeña para dos personas, al menos la que me tocó y la puerta del baño no cerraba totalmente , sin embargo todo bien

Lamentable Positive: Está en un barrio tranquilo con muchos bares y restaurantes Negative: La habitación no tiene ventana al exterior; la única “ventana” da al pasillo del hotel. Se escucha muchísimo ruido tanto de otros huéspedes como de la gente que entra y sale, así que descansar es prácticamente imposible. La habitación es básicamente un ataúd con una cama, además de que estaba bastante sucia. El lavabo estaba aceptable, aunque el gran problema era la temperatura del agua: pasabas de agua helada a ardiendo en cuestión de segundos, y la ducha podía llegar a quemar. En general, una experiencia bastante lamentable. Por solo 5 € más por noche hay hoteles muchísimo mejores que este. Además, no paraban de enviarme mensajes preguntando si necesitaba algo, pero no era atención real al cliente, sino mensajes automáticos de inteligencia artificial.

Basic, good for one night, wouldnt recomand for more nights in a row. Positive: The location is great from a touristic point of view Negative: We got a room with no windows and no ventilation. It was very humid inside and no fresh air. It has an A/C unit but still … The bathroom has no working ventilator so after shower it was a high humidity in the room. Also the shower door is not very good, water escapes and the floor gets wet. The bathroom door slides with difficulty and doesnt isolate the sound at all. For one night it was ok but i wouldnt stay there more than that.

Negative: Comportamento do anfitrião, solicitei se poderíamos entrar 2 horas antes e negou, e como eu insisti só mandou os acessos 30 minutos depois.
